Payment method
Currently, the following payment methods are available for goods ordered in the CLANDESIGN online store:
Postpay (at the Nova Poshta branch or upon courier delivery).
Payment by Visa / Mastercard bank card directly on the website (WayForPay service – bank card, Privat24 system, bank terminal).
Shipping method
To the carrier’s office (“NOVA POSHTA”, storage period 5 days).
Address delivery (Courier, “NOVA POSHTA”).
Shipping terms
Shipping within Ukraine is carried out within 2-3 business days from the moment the order is processed.
The delivery time of the order is 3-4 days from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier (“NOVA POSHTA”).
*Delivery times are INDICATIVE.
Delivery is possible throughout Ukraine, except for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and temporarily occupied territories.
